Adam Graybill

Chief Executive Officer

Adam Graybill, our amazing CEO, leads with passion and a deep commitment to community. A Council Bluffs native now living in Emerson, Adam is driven by a belief that everyone should have access to opportunities—no barriers. He’s inspired by the Y’s mission to be a welcoming place for all, supported by our “No One Is Denied” policy through the Annual Campaign.
Adam is excited to grow programs in Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility, with a vision to make the Y a standout in the community. There truly is “No Place Like This Place,” and exciting things are ahead!

Georgana Derr

Community Engagement and Membership Director

Georgana Derr is thrilled to introduce herself as the new Community Engagement & Membership Director for our Montgomery County YMCA. She said recently, “As someone who is deeply invested in our community, I am excited for the opportunity to connect with each of you and help amplify your voice through our events and programming. My goal is to foster an inclusive and welcoming environment, where everyone feels heard and valued.” In this role, she hopes to build strong relationships with our members and people in our area, listening to feedback and ideas to ensure our YMCA reflects the interests and needs of our diverse community. She believes in the power of collaboration and
looks forward to working together on events, initiatives, and projects that celebrate what makes our hometown special.
“When not at the YMCA watching my own kids play sports”, Georgana added, “I can be found at the Red Oak City Pool or biking in the Summer. In the Winter, you can catch my family and I skiing at
Crescent Hills, our favorite Iowa Ski Hill! Please feel free to reach out to me with your thoughts, questions, or suggestions. Thank you for welcoming me, and I am excited to embark on this journey with you!”
She is eager to learn more about what matters most to people and to explore new ways we can grow and support our community together.

Stephanie Gillipsie

Aquatics Director

Stephanie has been with us for about 4 years and in that time has proven to be a valuable asset to the team. As Aquatics Director, her goals are making the pool a welcoming place for all, extending the pool hours, and hosting exciting programs.

When asked what drew her to being a lifeguard, she explained it was her “love of the water”. 

This past month she has also been teaching Group Swim Lessons, a favorite program of hers, where she gets to teach both newcomers and those polishing their swimming skills. Next up she will be leading Lifeguard Certification and Recertification classes.

Tymberlee Bentley

Program Director

Tymberlee plays an important role in developing and coordinating programs, activities, and special events that support the needs of our members and strengthen our community. Her dedication, creativity, and commitment help ensure that the YMCA continues to provide meaningful opportunities for individuals and families of all ages.

We are grateful to have Tymberlee as part of our YMCA team and appreciate all she does to help our members connect, grow, and thrive.

Anne Stewart

​Head Customer Service Representative

Anne loves the friendly atmosphere and community outreach of the YMCA. She enjoys helping the families of the area to have a safe, healthy, and fun place to go. In her spare time, Anne loves to watch her kids play sports, curl up with a great book, or tend to her garden.
 
Anne has worked for your YMCA since 2011.
