Suba Sampler: Diventures

Join the team from Omaha’s Diventures for a Try Scuba Sampler on July 25th at 9am, 10am, or 11am.

If you have always wanted to ‘Try Scuba’ to see if it is something you would like to do, this is the perfect start! Learn how to breathe underwater and enjoy weightlessness with family and friends! This class is good for anyone 10 or older, and has their deep end band (through the MCYMCA). You’ll start with a pre-briefing orientation and then hop into the pool. We’ll provide all the equipment, all you need is as swimsuit!

Cost is $30 per swimmer.

Note: in order to participate, you will need a clean bill of health or a physicians approval to dive. The form will be sent to you following registration and needs to be completed prior to your first session. If you do not receive medical clearance from your physician for whatever reason, then Diventures will issue a full refund for the course.

Skate Night

Roll into an evening of fun at the YMCA! Grab your friends and family for a night filled with music, games, and plenty of skating. Whether you’re a beginner or a skating pro, Skate Night is the perfect place to stay active, make memories, and have a blast in a safe, family-friendly environment.

Bring your own skates, or borrow a pair from the YMCA while supplies last. Don’t miss out on one of the most fun nights at the Y—we can’t wait to see you on the rink!

When: August 7th, 5:30-8pm (doors open at 5pm)

Fees: $5 per person or $20 per family (pay at door)
