What is the Annual Campaign?
Montgomery County faces real challenges – learning gaps, disconnected families, and widening income divides. For 25 years, our Y has stepped in, supported by generous donors, to create opportunities for people to grow, connect, and thrive. Together, we build a better community.

Where does the money go?
Funds raised support our Membership for All program ensuring no one is denied access to a membership or programs due to financial strain.
Who qualifies?
Financial assistance is based on need. Applications are available at the front desk or down below. Scholarships range from 10% to 65%. All applications are confidential.
What programs are covered?
All programs and memberships – swim lessons, fitness, youth sports, senior programs, and more – qualify for assistance.
Who gives? Generous people from all walks of life. Every dollar strengthens our community.
How can I help? Your gift makes a difference: $60 – Swim lessons for a child. $100 – One season of youth sports for 2 kids $225 – Annual Teen membership $476 – Annual Single-Parent Family membership $1000 – One child’s Y Summer Camp experience $1000+ – Broad community impact through mission support

Endowment Program
LONG-TERM PLANNING
- Make an outright gift of money, land, stock, insurance, copyrights, oil rights, letter stock or individual fractional interest to the Endowment Fund of the Montgomery County Family YMCA
- Make or revise a will directing a percentage, a fixed amount or through a contingency statement, an eventual gift to the Montgomery County Family YMCA Endowment Fund.
- Name the Montgomery County Family YMCA Endowment Fund as a primary or secondary beneficiary of an insurance policy.
- There is no “minimum requirement” as to the gift’s size or amount. The YMCA’s Endowment Fund gives everyone the opportunity that wishes to perpetuate the good work of the Montgomery County Family YMCA.
